A Liguna, Dawue nationality, was born in 1961. She graduated from the Sheng Yang Fine Arts College in 1985. Currently she is a fine arts teacher in the Sheng Yang First Middle School in the Liao Lin province. Her print works have participated in the "Liao Lin" and the "Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region Fine Arts" exhibition several times.

Ay-o's preferred techniques are etching and silkscreen. The artist is sometimes nicknamed the 'rainbow painter'.

Akio Onda graduated in 1956 from Musashino Art Collecge. He had studied under Munakata Shiko and was greatly influenced by him. The artist had his first one man shows at the renowned Yoseido Gallery and Tanseido Gallery in Tokyo in 1969 and 1970. Akio Onda works in woodblock technique and uses similar methods as his teacher such as painting or printing from verso.

Akira Fujie was born in Tokyo. After several successful group and solo exhibitions in the 70s, he went for two years to France from 1980 to 1982. Today Akira Fujie works as a successful artist and illustrator. His print style is marked by nature subjects against a dark blackground.

Akira Kurosaki graduated from Kyoto College of Crafts and Textiles. He has exhibited widely in and outside Japan, among others at the renowned print biennales in Maastricht, Tokyo, Krakow, Lubljana, Paris and Norway. The artist covers a wide spectrum of styles and techniques including abstract images. Akira Kurosaki is also a renowned teacher. He has conducted Japanese woodblock workshops since the 1970’s in Japan and the USA. Works by the artist are in international museums like The British Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum, Museum of Modern Art (moma) in New York and the National Museum of Modern Art in Tokyo.

Akira Nakano was born in Asahikawa on Hokkaido Island. When he read Tomikichiro Tokuriki's book on woodblock prints, he was so fascinated that he started to make his own prints. Since the 1970s the artist has been represented in many one-man and group exhibitions in Japan. Besides the traditional woodblock, Akira Nakano uses also the silkscreen technique.
