The art prints "Section No.7- Purity" was bidden with a price of 7,400 CNY (about $ 1,080) and "Section No.2" with a price of 4,500 CNY(about $ 660) in the "2008 Yuge Chinese Prints Auction" in Guangzhou, China.

The woodcut print "Appearance No.2" won the golden prize of the 1st Yunnan International Print Exhibition. We are currently preparing an article about this exhibition. Zhuang Yanjun's "Wa Nationality No.1" and Shi Yanqing's "Bridge" were selected for the 7th Kochi International Triennial Exhibition of prints in Japan in 2008. Kochi is the capital of Kochi province and on the southern coast of Shikoku. The exhibition takes place from March 15 to April 20, 2008.

Beijing International Print Biennial 2008      Great success for our artist Zhu Rui.

We have just received information from China that Zhu Rui's reduction woodblock print Impression of Dongchuan No. 2 was admitted for the Beijing International Print Biennial, 2008. This renowned exhibition is organized by the Chinese Artists' Association. Due to the olympic games this show will attract a very special attention this year.

We have ONE copy left of this print. Together with Impression of Dongchuan No. 1 we will offer it in auction # 496, starting January 2, at 8:00 PM local time.
